As the former Director of Information Technology for the firm, I was tasked with creating a new website. This website would serve the needs of both the law firm and its clients.

The website is designed with a fresh and modern look. Each area of practice page features detailed descriptions that were created in collaboration with attorneys and paralegals practicing in that area. Understanding that clients may not be familiar with legal jargon, I worked with all of the firms paralegals and attorneys to obtain clear and concise explanations that are easy to understand.

We also wanted to showcase the attorneys and their expertise, so we hired a photographer and videographer to create engaging biographies that bring each attorney to life. By doing so, we believe that clients will feel more connected to the firm and its attorneys.

In addition to a great design and engaging content, I also put a significant amount of time into SEO and online attorney directories to improve the law firm’s online presence. By optimizing the website for search engines, I believe that potential clients will have an easier time finding the law firm online, which will ultimately help the firm generate new leads.

Finally, I created an internal employee website utilizing Microsoft Azure for SSO (single sign on) and 2FA (two factor authentication) taking in account for the importance of best security practices. This allows Evans Fox LLP’s employees to access the tools they need to do their job more efficiently while keeping their information secure.
